Our Parent company is FG Artificial Suppliers Inc. and all bookings, invoices, and payments are processed in their system. FG Artificial Suppliers uses Quickbooks for invoices and payment.
How to Pay
Payments and Invoices :
Once you book with HI-GENX®, you will receive an invoice from our parent company, FG Artificial Suppliers Inc., which you can pay via e-Transfer, Credit Card, or Cheque.
Your payment will be processed securely through our QuickBooks portal, and you will receive a payment confirmation once your transaction is successful.
Pricing
- Our pricing is based on square footage and the specific service required. Please provide photos and measurements so we can create a customized estimate. A site visit may be required.
- Residential: Our pricing is based on square footage and the specific services required. Once we receive photos and measurements, we can provide a custom estimate.
- Commercial: Please contact us and we will discuss your specific needs. A site visit may to needed before a customize contract can be created and payment terms finalized.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
- If you need to reschedule or cancel your service, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
