What We Do
Commercial Services
Awning Cleaning
Uplift your storefront by having your awning cleaned. We clean awnings made of nylon, cloth, plexiglass, or glass.
Commercial Awning Cleaning
Supplies we use
-
Eco-friendly mild detergent or specialized awning cleaner
-
Soft-bristle brush or sponge
-
Hose with a spray nozzle
-
Ladder (for high awnings)
-
Tarp or drop cloth (to protect the area below)
-
Soft cloth or towel for drying (optional)
Our first step is to identify the material of your awning (fabric, vinyl, etc.) to ensure we use the appropriate cleaning method. We also inspect for any damage or wear-and-tear areas that may need repair before cleaning.
To prepare the site, we divert foot traffic and ensure the water pressure is low enough to avoid excessive splashing and prevent damage to the awning.
Next, we remove loose debris using a soft brush or broom to sweep away leaves, dirt, and other debris from the awning.
We then mix the appropriate detergent with water in a bucket. The awning is gently wetted using a hose with a spray nozzle to loosen dirt and grime. A long-handled spray tool may also be used. The cleaning solution is applied using the appropriate equipment and worked into the fabric, starting from the top and working our way down.
We use gentle circular motions to scrub the awning, paying extra attention to stained areas. Finally, the awning is thoroughly rinsed to remove all soap and cleaner residue.
It is recommended to clean awnings twice a year to keep them looking pristine while enhancing your storefront’s appeal and functionality.
Storefront low-rise window cleaning – interior and exterior
Clean your interior and exterior windows to enhance the look of your commercial property.
Commercial Window Washing
Preparation:
We prepare the site for cleaning by diverting foot traffic and ensuring the water pressure is low enough to avoid excessive splashing.
Washing the Windows:
We use various scrub brushes, sponges, and cloths along with eco-friendly cleaning solutions. Starting from the top of the window and working our way down helps eliminate any drips.
Squeegee the Glass:
The windows are then gone over with a squeegee blade, which is repeatedly wiped with a micro fibre cloth after each pass to avoid streaks. We repeat this process, overlapping each stroke slightly until the entire window is clean and streak-free.
Final Touches:
The final step is to wipe down the window sills and frames with a micro fibre cloth to remove any remaining moisture or dirt.

Ventilation Degreasing & Stainless Steel Kitchen Cleaning
Commercial ventilation degreasing and stainless steel kitchen cleaning are crucial for food safety and hygiene. Regular maintenance, proper cleaning techniques, and safety precautions are essential for both processes.
Commercial Ventilation Degreasing
Importance:
- Helps prevent fire hazards by removing grease buildup.
- Improves air quality and system efficiency.
- Complies with health and safety regulations.
Process:
1. Assessment: Inspect the ventilation system to identify areas with significant grease buildup.
2. Preparation: Turn off the ventilation system and cover surfaces to protect from cleaning agents.
3. Degreasing Agents: Use appropriate degreasers that are safe for commercial use. Biodegradable and non-toxic options are recommended.
4. Application: Apply the degreaser to the affected areas, allowing it to penetrate the grease.
5. Scrubbing: Use brushes or scrubbing pads to remove stubborn grease deposits.
6. Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly with water to remove all chemical residues.
7. Drying: Ensure the system is completely dry before turning it back on.
Stainless Steel Kitchen Cleaning
Importance:
- Maintains the appearance of kitchen equipment.
- Prevents bacterial growth and ensures food safety.
- Extends the lifespan of stainless steel appliances.
Process:
1. Initial Cleaning: Remove loose debris and food particles from surfaces.
2. Choosing Cleaners: Use a gentle, pH-balanced cleaner specifically designed for stainless steel. Avoid abrasive cleaners that can scratch surfaces.
3. Application: Apply the cleaner using a microfiber cloth or sponge, working in the direction of the grain to avoid scratches.
4. Rinsing: Wipe down surfaces with a clean, damp cloth to remove any residue.
5. Drying: Dry the surfaces with a soft cloth to prevent water spots.
6. Polishing (Optional): For a gleaming finish, consider using a stainless steel polish.
By following these practices and processes in your commercial kitchen, you can ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment.

Shopping cart and hand basket sanitization cleaning
We will come to your business and perform sanitation cleaning on your shopping carts and/or hand baskets, ensuring your customers are protected.

Shopping cart sanitation cleaning
Enhance your customers’ shopping experience by professionally cleaning your shopping carts and hand baskets. While disinfectant wipes offer a quick fix for maintaining health and safety, they’re not a long‑term solution.
Consider using a steam pressure washer to thoroughly clean your carts. This method breaks down buildup that wipes can’t remove, and the hot steam kills bacteria on the cart’s surfaces, creating a more hygienic shopping environment.
Germs, dirt, and grime accumulate in the cracks and crevices of carts over time. Regular steam cleaning protects both your customers and employees.
Our process includes steam cleaning and drying your carts to help prevent rust.

Regular maintenance prevents the buildup of dirt, debris, and algae, ensuring a long-lasting and attractive surface. By keeping your lawn clean, you’ll also extend the life of your investment.
Artificial Grass Cleaning Process

Our first step is to blow off loose debris from all surfaces.
-
Using a power broom, we remove deeper, embedded debris between the blades of grass.
-
If moss is present, we use a light power wash.

A second pass using the power broom or blower may be necessary. If needed, we apply a pet deodorizing spray.
-
We then evaluate the lawn area for any additional work, such as loose corners or exposed nails.
Artificial Putting Green Cleaning Process
